I love real estate. As a child, I vowed I’d own a home before I turned 21, and I did it, buying my first house in a transitional area of East Nashville and setting the gears of my passion for property into motion.

In the years since, my knowledge, contacts and resources have helped me become one of Nashville’s best-known real estate professionals. I founded Kirkwood Property Group in 2007 to represent buyers, sellers and investors in residential real estate in all of the best Nashville neighborhoods.

Tapped Into the Nashville Community

I was born in the Philippines and grew up in Los Angeles, but consider myself a Nashvillian because it’s the place I chose to put down roots. I am a “Big Sister,” lead Couponing for Charity drives, a member of the Maxwell Heights Neighborhood Association, and host East Nashville community gatherings at Shelby Park and East Park.

In January 2013, I was honored to be appointed to the Social Services Board of Commissioners with a mission of linking people in need with programs, resources and information.

Drums, piano, rock climbing and thinking up new business ideas occupy the rest of my time. My bucket list includes more travel and the patter of little feet.

Leslie is passionate about houses, and helping people enjoy their life at home. She has recently joined Kirkwood Property Group and is excited to be working with buyers to find just the right home. She is also the “Open House Guru,” and has been hosting themed open houses for Kirkwood Property Group Sellers. She loves marketing houses, helping clients prep houses for sale, and giving KPG Sellers a leading edge.

Ask any of Leslie’s close friends, and they will tell you that she has a talent for finding undervalued properties to fix up and make home. She has done this for herself, and she loves to help Buyers and Investors do the same.

Coupled with her passion for real estate, she has created a sister business: The Divine Life @ HOME. Leslie has a knack for turning a simple house into something extraordinary. She believes it’s the little things we do in life, that make our life at home uniquely special.
